Traveling the I-40 from California to Arkansas and beyond

My Husband and I have been married for almost 5 years. He's from Arkansas and I'm a Californian. We have one son and hope to have more kids as time and money permits. We have travelled the I-40 numerous times, and every time we look to the map and the internet to ask, where's a great place to eat? where's the cleanest bathrooms? where can we stop and let our littlest one run around? And we've found that there seem to be very few answers to our questions. therefore I decided to write a blog about our experiences and hopefully some of you out there can chime in with yours and maybe we can all have a great time traveling down I-40 with our kids!
